[PET ALLERGY NOTICE] Fursuits are made in a household with cats that have access to our workspace!
We do not sell to minors! If you are under the age of 18 you must have an adult handle your commission.
Felinity Fursuits reserves the right to deny customer service for any reason.
Felinity Fursuits reserves the right to cancel a commission for any reason. A refund will be issued based on level of completion.
We do not do deadlines. We can give you an estimated completion time but we are busy with separate jobs and personal lives and anything could come up to delay your commission. We value your time though and will do our best to have your fursuit in your hands as soon as possible!
Communication is our middle name! It is very important to us that we keep commissioners updated and we will send pictures and updates as much as we can!

Quotes can be requested by direct message on any of our social media or email completely free.
You must send an accurate, detailed, preferably unshaded reference sheet of your own character for us to give you a quote. Artistic liberty commissions are one exception.
Fursuit prices are subject to occasional change. We date our prices page so if you are commissioning with an outdated quote you must request a new quote. We will let you know.

All payments are taken through paypal. We will send an invoice and once the minimum payment is made, we will start on your commission.
We do accept payment plans for commissions and premades of over $1000. We require a nonrefundable $250 deposit to cover material costs. You can pay in monthly increments of your choice and must be paid in full at the end of 6 months. Missing payments after the deadline may incur extra fees or lead to the cancellation of the commission.
We will not ship your suit until commission is completely paid off!
If you cancel your commission after it’s already started we will issue a refund based on how much work has been completed of your commission
In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to alter and sell the product to someone else. We will do our best to change the character design.

Our go-to shipping company is USPS but if you would prefer Fedex or UPS let us know we can accommodate. If you want a specific shipping speed, please let us know! Otherwise we pick the standard.
We are not liable for any damaged or lost packages or missed deadlines due to a shipping service issue.
We pack fursuit parts in plastic bags to prevent water damage in the event a package is mishandled
Shipping cost is paid for by the customer and is not included in the quote. When a fursuit is completely finished we will weigh everything to get a shipping estimate. Before sending it out we will send another separate invoice to cover shipping cost.
We do not ship internationally as of now! We apologize for the inconvenience but please only purchase a fursuit if you live in the United States.

All commissioned work has a 6 month warranty once recieved that covers defects in material and my own workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements.
Damage from improper fursuit maintenance and washing is not covered by warranty.
For popped seams, loose stitching, etc. under warranty the customer pays to ship it to us and we pay to ship it back to you
For alterations to the fit, design changes, etc. shipping is paid both ways by the client and a charge for alterations will be given.
If you send back your fursuit to be altered or fixed please wash it beforehand if it has been used.

We reserve the right to share and post photos or videos of wips and finished commissions. This helps to support our business and portfolio.
If the product is a secret or a gift and you would like us to delay posting until it’s given to the recipient or please let us know before commissioning. We will gladly wait to not spoil the surprise!
